Join Theatro as a Product & Solutions Marketing Manager (PMM), where you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our product and solution marketing strategies. This position requires deep involvement in developing product positioning, crafting compelling messages, executing go-to-market strategies, creating sales support materials, and continuously exploring market opportunities. As a PMM, you’ll closely collaborate with our Sales and Customer Success teams, leveraging your expertise in the operational dynamics of the retail industry.

What will you do?

  • Market Development & Segment Analysis: Conduct thorough research to uncover new market challenges, opportunities, and customer pain points.
  • Solution Creation: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to Identify customer experience and operational pain points to develop solutions tailored to address these challenges. Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to design offerings that significantly improve frontline operations.
  • Go-to-Market Plans: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies that consider market conditions, product capabilities, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. These plans should integrate aspects of product strategy, messaging, demand generation, campaigns, and sales tactics.
  • Product/Solution Messaging: Research and craft solution positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyer personas and demonstrates measurable impact.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with sales and customer success teams to strengthen customer relationships. Develop and provide resources such as presentations, collateral, case studies, and ROI tools to support and enhance the Theatro journey.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Serve as an expert on market challenges and competition. Provide insights on competitor activities, strategies, and outcomes, and equip internal teams with strategies to outperform them.


  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations and associated challenges.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including written, oral, and executive presentations.
  • Proficient in analyzing market and customer requirements, competitive landscapes, and market trends.
  • Skilled in identifying pain points and crafting unique solutions to stimulate market engagement and demand.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing innovative, result-oriented marketing programs.
  • A balanced blend of strategic thinking and practical implementation in product marketing.
  • Effective at influencing and engaging colleagues across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Innovative thinker with a history of transforming strategic thoughts into action plans and tangible outcomes.
  • 2+ years of retail management experience is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or marketing strategies, preferably in software/high-tech/consulting sectors.
