Chris Todd | President & CEO
Chris is responsible for leading Theatro’s overall direction, strategy, and growth plans. Chris is a “rollup your sleeves” type leader who is passionate about the strategy of a business. Chris believes that most every idea can be a winner…it’s all about figuring out the strategy angles to drive success! As a co-founder, Chris has been instrumental in guiding Theatro from an early innovative concept into a fast paced growth company.
Chris has 25+ years of experience in senior executive positions with small start-ups and large multinationals in a diverse array of industries, including software, networking and apps for leading hardware and software companies including Cisco Systems, AppTrigger, Metaswitch, Extreme Networks and Newbridge Networks. Chris graduated with a BBA from SMU.
Ravi Shankar Kumar | CTO/SVP of Engineering
Ravi is well known in the technology development community as someone who will never back away from a challenge. Ravi has a passion for leading his team by showing them the way…never asking someone to do something he is not prepared to do himself.
Ravi brings more than 15 years of startup experience and thought leadership in designing and developing highly scalable cloud based solutions for some of today’s most demanding environments. As a co-founder of Theatro, Ravi is responsible for our overall solution architecture, managing the day-to-day development team activities and leading our key innovation projects. Prior to Theatro, he held senior R&D leadership positions at Kodiak Networks, Rapid5 Networks and Ishoni Networks and holds multiple US patents. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electronics and communications from Bangalore University.
Patrick Fitzgerald | Executive Vice President
Often the man behind the scenes, Patrick is an incredibly valuable member of our founding team thanks to his knack for bringing a sense of order to chaos. Driven by his passion to “organize the world”, Patrick is responsible for Customer Support and various aspects of our Operations functions.
Patrick has over 15 years of broad experience in various high tech fields including Telecom, Data Networking and Cloud Computing. Patrick has held a variety of sales, operations and marketing leadership roles for established as well as start-up companies including Metaswitch, AppTrigger, Siemens, Efficient Networks and Compaq. Patrick holds a BS in Political Science from the University of North Texas.
Greg Soussloff | EVP, Global Sales
Greg brings nearly 30 years of sales and operational experience, with expertise in sales strategy and execution, omni-channel strategy, profit-growth management, and business turnaround. He most recently led the U.S. Retail, CPG, Media and Telco business unit at SAS. Before this, he held a global operational role where he was responsible for rolling out SAS’ first global Strategic Account Program.
Prior to his time with SAS, Greg served diverse roles at VF Corporation, and helped launch a start-up private label design and sourcing company where he delivered programs to Dick’s Sporting Goods and Orvis. Greg holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
John Nadaskay | Chief Financial Officer
John is responsible for Theatro’s Finance, Accounting and Administration at Theatro. With over 20 years of experience in Senior Management roles in Finance, Accounting, Operations and Administration. His most recent experience was as the CFO at TrackR, Inc – a consumer electronics start-up in Santa Barbara, CA. While at TrackR, John was instrumental in bringing process and stability to the Finance and Administrative functions, as well as securing over $50M in equity financing. Throughout his career, John has been successful creating streamlined infrastructure, securing both debt and equity financing and creating processes required to scale.
John holds a BS in Business Administration, an MBA and M.Tax. In addition, John holds a CMA certification.
Lesley Simmonds | VP & GM, Casino & Hospitality
Lesley is an innovative, pragmatic business leader with passion and conviction for technology business strategy. She is bringing her unique expertise in leveraging original and analytic thinking to understand and project future trends, ascertain market gaps, and build Theatro’s Casino & Hospitality business.
Prior to Theatro, Lesley’s dynamic career has been focused on commanding strategic initiatives for small start-ups and industry-leading companies including XCCommerce, Oracle, Retek, and PCMS Datafit, with roles focused on global go-to-market and product strategy, business development, and channels/alliances.
Verlin Youd | SVP, Partners
Verlin is a recognized industry solutions expert with deep experience across all aspects of retail and related enterprise technologies. Verlin has spent the last 20+ years leading teams working with the world’s leading retailers, holding positions in sales, marketing, product management, partner strategy, and software development. He’s worked in start-ups to Fortune 10 organizations, including Verizon, SCOPIX, SAP, Motorola, Symbol Technologies, IBM and Systech Retail Solutions.
He holds a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
McKenna Michel | SVP, Marketing
McKenna’s background as a strategic marketer serves her well as she builds Theatro’s marketing capabilities, harnesses the power of customer feedback, and positions the company as a thought leader in a nascent category. With experience spanning B2B and B2C environments, McKenna brings rich knowledge of branding, innovation, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Theatro, she served as EVP of Marketing for Travel Research Advisors. She held multiple roles at Frito Lay North America, ultimately leading the Premium Snacks portfolio. McKenna began her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and R.B. Webber & Company. She earned her MBA from the Stanford GSB and her BA from Stanford University.
