Theatro is a Dallas-based technology startup pioneering the market’s first voice-controlled enterprise wearable for retail, casinos, hospitality, and distribution. Our “heads up, hands-free” mobile solution provides a software suite of productivity and communication applications through a SaaS (Software as a Service) offering designed to optimize employee productivity and ability provide amazing customer experiences.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive with a proven track record in selling SaaS software solutions to large enterprise-level clients. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the sales process from initiation to closure.

What will you do?

  • Identify and qualify targeted enterprise clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients’ business challenges and goals.
  • Propose tailored software solutions that address specific client needs, showcasing the value proposition of our SaaS offerings.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of engagement with new customers throughout a long sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision makers within enterprise organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on software solutions that align with clients’ strategic objectives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and expectations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures, working towards mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to track opportunities and progress.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales leadership team.
  • Collaborate with our leadership, product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the enterprise software industry with long sales cycles.
  • Experience with Solution Selling methodology a plus
  • Demonstrated success in selling to large enterprise level clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to prospect independently and sell collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
